Product Councils are forums for industry leaders to meet, exchange ideas, share best practices and foster thought leadership in their specific sector of the real estate market.
It is a unique platform which gives a space for open, frank but confidential debates that challenge keys issues affecting the industry with other senior market players, with no press allowed.
There is currently one Product Councils within ULI Portugal: Residential Council
To participate in the Product Council meetings, you must be a ULI full member.

ULI Portugal Residential Council
The Residential Council’s mission is to share best practices, lessons learnt and innovative solutions from a diverse group passionate about the creation, expansion and retention of high quality housing that is affordable for all and fits their living needs in Europe as a key success factor for vibrant, dynamic and economically successful cities.
The Residential Product Council captures the views of both ULI members and experts in the field on all types of affordable residential property across Portugal and looks to share ideas and experiences from around Europe to help provide insights into best practice in “housing well”.
The first meeting of the ULI Portugal Residential Council took place on 4 March 2020. ULI Portugal has launched a Product Council programme. For further details, contact: [email protected].
