    Pierre Leocadio

    Oxford Properties Management (France) SAS

    Pierre leads Oxford’s European office, retail and life sciences businesses and is accountable for these businesses’ strategies, capital deployment, asset management, platform set up, stakeholder relationships and total returns. Pierre started at Oxford in 2014 and since joining has contributed to the formulation and execution of Oxford’s investment and asset management strategies across the UK, France and Germany. He notably led the opening of Oxford’s Paris office and developed and maintained strategic relationships to build Oxford’s profile in Europe. Pierre Leocadio holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honour from HEC Montreal and a MSc degree in Accounting and Finance (Frist class) from the London School of Economics.

    Jean-Christophe Liaubet

    FABERNOVEL

    Jean-Christophe is Managing Partner of Fabernovel, a leading provider of consulting services for digital transformation and creation of innovative services, which was created 20 years ago and has been acquired by EY last July. A talent company counting a multidisciplinary team of 350 FTEs with various expertises (strategy, design, technology, digital marketing, data, cultural change), Fabernovel works with 80% of CAC 40 firms and has a longstanding presence in the Real Estate sector as an innovation partner of many groups but also as a co-founder of innovative proptech scale-ups (Morning Coworking/Bureaux à Partager sold to Nexity, Urban Campus, Flowee…) . Given his 20 years experience in financials markets and a strong interest for innovation, Jean-Christophe is involved in the acculturation and strategic advisory of many Corporates and investment firms in the following fields : vision, innovation strategy & gouvernance, capital allocation, strategic & financial communication, venturing & alliances. . He also heads BORD3RS, the new EY Fabernovel’s Web3 & Metaverse practice. He started his career at Exane BNP Paribas where he was a partner for 15 years and contributed to the development as the leading European Equity Research House through various positions: Head of Media & Internet team, Co-Head of Research and finally Managing Director, Head of European Midcaps (covering the French Property Developer sector and being the lead analyst on the Kaufman & Broad IPO). Graduated from ESCP (1998 promotion, Finance major) and from the SFAF (French Financial Analysts Society), Jean-Christophe also co-founded the platform Fusacq.com and acts as a Business Angel in several innovative companies.

    David Weir-McCall

    Industry Marketing Manager, Epic Games

    From a background of Architecture and Technology, David currently works as Industry Marketing Manager at Epic Games, responsible for overseeing Epic Games ecosystem's marketing strategy and driving marketing activities and growth in Architecture + Real Estate industry. David continues to support the use of Real Time technologies throughout Architecture and Real Estate and push the boundaries on how these tools can enhance consumer experience and bridge the gap between developers, designers and stakeholders as they push the boundaries in technology adoption.

    Barbara Koreniouguine

    Cushman & Wakefield France

    Before joining Cushman & Wakefield at the end of October 2020, Barbara was Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Allianz Real Estate France and Benelux, in charge of acquisitions, arbitrations, asset management and real estate management of a portfolio of approximately 7.6 billion euros. More recently, she served as Managing Director of Léon Grosse Immobilier, a developer of offices, hotels and housing. Previously, she spent nearly seven years at BNP Paribas Real Estate, as Deputy Managing Director of BNP Paribas Immobilier Promotion Immobilier d'Entreprise, then Executive Chairman of companies promoting commercial and residential real estate in France and Europe and Deputy CEO of the group, member of the management board. Before that, she worked for 10 years within the Icade group, occupying several management positions. Barbara is a member of the Cercle des Femmes de l'Immobilier, which she chaired from 2012 to 2015. She is also a member of the Club de l'Immobilier and a director of the IEIF. She received the 2012 Pierre d'Or in the promoter category.

    Yann Krysinski

    VP of Project Management, SOLIDEO

    A graduate of Ecole Polytechnique, Ecole des Ponts ParisTech and MIT in Civil and Environmental Engineering, Yann KRYSINSKI began his career at APIJ, in charge of several P3 design and construction contracts for the French Justice Department. In 2014, he moved to the United States where he occupied several managerial positions at Turner&Townsend and KPMG, advising both private and public clients on real estate and construction deals. In 2017, he joined SNCF Gares&Connections to supervise a large renovation and preservation program of several major high speed train stations in Paris, before joining SOLIDEO in 2020 as VP of Project Management. There he manages several operational teams in charge of the delivery of all major venues and infrastructures for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The Paris 2024 construction program is unparalleled in its complexity, extremely tight schedule, and unprecedented environmental and social goals.

    Loeiz Bourdic

    Chief Product Officer, PriceHubble

    Loeiz Bourdic is acting as Chief Product Officer of PriceHubble. He has a background in Engineering and Economics (Ecole Polytechnique and Imperial College London). Before joining PriceHubble early 2017, he's been working in the field of urban data analytics, with a focus on forecasting the impact of urban evolutions on real estate market dynamics. From 2017 to 2022, he has been steering the business development of PriceHubble in France, then in Belgium and the Netherlands, acting as Regional Director, and working closely with a wide range of customers and partners such as institutional investors, developers and leading realtor networks. Since early 2023, he's been appointed Chief Product Officer of PriceHubble, and steers the development of PriceHubble Product Suites in the different verticals: Realtors, Banks & Finance, and Institutional investors & Developers.

    Simone Pozzato

    Managing Director Investment Management, Hines Europe Ltd

    Simone Pozzato serves as Managing Director and Fund Manager for the Hines European Core Fund (HECF). Prior to this role, he served as Deputy Fund Manager of HECF since September 2017. During this period the Fund almost tripled in size and affirmed its ESG leadership in the European Real Estate market. Simone Pozzato joined Hines from Grosvenor Fund Management, where he was Fund Manager for two separate accounts while being also responsible for transactions in the Nordics. He holds a MSc in Real Estate from Henley Business School (UK), a MSc and in Strategy and Management from Essec Business School (France/Singapore) and a MSc in Industrial Engineering from Politecnico of Turin (Italy).

    Konrad Finkenzeller

    CEO Global Client Solutions Group, PATRIZIA SE

    Konrad Finkenzeller is a Member of the Executive Committee and CEO of the Global Client Solutions Group at PATRIZIA. In his role, Konrad is responsible for all product and business development activities of the PATRIZIA Group and chairs the Group’s Product Development Committee. He runs a team of product and client specialists in 24 countries globally, which has raised more than €15bn of equity over the last 5 years for PATRIZIA’s global investment activities​ Konrad has been at PATRIZIA since 2012. Before joining the company, he worked for a well-known international real estate developer as well as for a major German financial institution. ​ He holds a PhD in Finance (IRE|BS Business School) and a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance (Henley Business School). He is a visiting lecturer for real estate and corporate valuation at IRE|BS Business School

    Lisette van Doorn

    Chief Executive Officer, Europe, Urban Land Institute

    As chief executive of ULI Europe, Lisette van Doorn is responsible for the development of the Institute’s activities across the region, including its renowned pan-European conferences and over 250 local meetings and events across 14 countries. She is responsible for working with ULI’s staff both locally and globally to deliver more high profile content and reports; coordinating Advisory Services panels and Urban Plan; and expanding the Institute’s thought leadership across Europe. Van Doorn joined ULI in January 2015 from LIRE, her own consultancy business, which advises international institutional real estate investors and fund managers on strategy, organisational optimisation and portfolio structuring. Prior to this, van Doorn was country manager for CBRE Global Investors where she managed a €1.6bn portfolio of assets in Italy and fund manager of two shopping centre funds (€ 1.3 billion) with assets in Spain, Portugal and Italy. Before joining CBRE Global Investors, van Doorn was founding chief executive for INREV, the European association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles for four and a half years. Van Doorn started her career at ING Investment Management, where she held account manager and assistant controller positions before being made managing director of research & strategy for ING Real Estate Investment Management Europe.
